This application optimizes the management of medical shifts in clinics and hospitals through artificial intelligence. It enables contacting available doctors, evaluating applications based on merits, experience, and qualifications, and assigning shifts in a fair and efficient manner.

 

Additionally, it automatically manages the shift calendar, facilitates communication with doctors through an intelligent chat system, and resolves logistical issues such as uncovered shifts or duplicate assignments. By reducing errors and streamlining planning, the platform improves work distribution, reduces administrative workload, and ensures optimal medical shift coverage.

Optimization of Sulfuric Acid Stock Management for a Paraguayan Industry

This project focused on optimizing the sulfuric acid stock stored in tanks based on demand. Maintaining high inventory levels incurs financial costs, which were significantly reduced through this solution.

 

The developed application suggests when to purchase sulfuric acid by analyzing historical purchase patterns, forecasting future demand, and considering sales price trends. The system ensures that stock shortages are avoided while minimizing financial costs associated with overstocking.

 

Additionally, the solution accounted for volume variations caused by temperature fluctuations and the uncertainties associated with continuous level sensors used for volume calculations. By incorporating these factors, the system provided more accurate stock estimations and improved decision-making for inventory management.

 

By implementing this solution, the company achieved a more efficient inventory management strategy, reducing unnecessary expenses and improving cash flow.
